Are children of vaccinated parents required to do PCR tests to travel to Japan from October 2022?

So excited that visa-free travel to Japan is now possible! I'm aware that children of fully vaccinated (3 doses) parents travelling together to Japan in Dec 2022 do not need to be vaccinated. However, at what age is one still considered a child? Am travelling with teenagers so appreciate any clarifications on the rules. Thanks!
