Travel buddy in Tokyo and Kyoto in June 2023!!

I’m looking for someone to travel with overall. Preferably closer to my age- 18-25 years old, gender idc. (Departing from my home city on the 14th) I plan on going to Tokyo June 15th till July 3rd of 2023. I’m 18, I’d like to keep my personal budget somewhere between 4&5k, knowing the plane ticket will cost a fourth or fifth of that from where I’m departing from. I plan on staying at a hotel in Tokyo the 15th through the 25th. And then staying in Kyoto the second half of my trip the 25th through the 3rd. I do plan on traveling around during that time to Akiba and other cities as well. As far as itinerary, I just plan on doing what feels right for the day. This is a bucket list moment for me, and I plan on doing this annually. I don’t have any allergies, and I tend to stay up till 2am and wake up between 7&11am (just depends what I did the day before). I’m interested in karaoke, sightseeing, exploring, food, anime, and the cultural experience overall as well. I know a bit of the Japanese language to understand the basic’s however I can’t (at the moment) carry a full conversation but I am working on it.😅
So if you’re able to also understand at least a bit of the language as well that’d be great too! Thank you!
