Hitchhiking in Tohoku area during golden week 2019!

Hello! I am a 22 y.o. girl and I think hitchhiking is the most fun way to travel. I don't have any plans for golden week and I want to explore the beautiful Tohoku area during Sakura season!
Fukushima, Sendai, Morioka, Akita, Aomori, no plans or reservations. If anyone is travelling in the area, even by other means, please do not hesitate to send me a message!
