Couples of days in Ishigaki, early November 2019

Hi!

I am a 30 y.o. male thinking of spending a couple of days (from November 8 or 9 to November 12 or 13) in Ishigaki to do snorkeling/freediving and swim with manta rays.

I'm looking for a freediving buddy, but if you don't freedive, we can still do snorkeling and eventually scuba diving.
The water is still warm, flight/hotel prices are decent and it's less touristy than in summer/early fall so it's the perfect time to go there! Depending on your size, I might have a spare wetsuit and pair of fins.

Let's enjoy the sea and local food together!

Hello! I'm visiting Tokyo for a conference on the dates 9th to 15th November. So far i have no fixed itinerary.
