Hi there,
28 year old here looking for anyone who is interested to visit
1) Kurobe Alpine Route while staying overnight at the mountains
2) Kitakyushu wisteria
in April 2020.
Will be travelling to Tokyo, Osaka/ Kyoto and Fukuoka and hopefully to visit cherry blossom places too!
Hi there,
I'll be visiting Tokyo and Osaka/ Kyoto in the first half of April. Kurobe Alpine Route or Kitakyushu wisteria aren't on my agenda, but if it's worth it, I might be tempted.
I'm also looking to do the Shimanami Kaido bike trip starting close to Fukuyama.
Let me know if anything sounds interesting. I'm 31, male from Australia.
Thank you for your reply.
I might go to Ashikaga Flower Park to see the wisteria as an alternative, like a day trip from Tokyo. I have 5 nights in Tokyo, which I have no plans of what to do yet. But I believe Australia also has wisteria :P
And do Google "tateyama kurobe alpine route snow corridor" to see the awesome photos if that will tempt you.
I won't be interested in the cycling trip as I don't think I'll have the endurance to cycle 60km haha.
Do let me know if you need someone to be around while in Tokyo, as I'm quite familiar with Tokyo. I'll be in Tokyo from 10-15 April.
Hello again,
Tateyama kurobe alpine route looks pretty nice haha. When do you want to go there? maybe I can fit it in my schedule
Add me on facebook so we can discuss the details: Andrei Pomana
It would be amazing to meet with someone familiar with Tokyo... unfortunately, I'll be there from 5 to 10 Apr most likely :(
You can definitely do 60km, you're 3 years younger than me. Maybe this can tempt you: https://youtu.be/jVcf5iOszjc
Let me know! See you
hi, i will be travelling to Kyushu (fukuoka, yufuin/beppu, other areas as well in the first half of April. Plan to visit cherry blossom places & parks. Welcome to join me
Just hit me up on my IG (@shuhuifong).
Btw fyi, the wisteria garden will be opened in late April (i found this info on the official web) :(
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I had to make changes in my itinerary and would only be spending one night in Fukuoka. It would be great though to be able to spend more time in Kyushu, probably my next trip :)
